CSC has announced the expansion of its business process transformation software and services to include the global property and casualty (P&C)/general insurance market. At the heart of the offering is AWD, a business process management (BPM) system built by DST Technologies and deployed by CSC at more than 120 insurance firms around the world.

With its comprehensive, pre-built functionality, AWD enables carriers to streamline and automate end-to-end business processes, including work, people and systems, to lower operational expenses and deliver improved service.
