DST Global Solutions were Gold Sponsors for this year’s Australian Financial Services Council (FSC) annual conference held in August at the Gold Coast Conference and Convention Centre in Queensland.

This important industry event is attended by over 600 delegates and is a key event in the Australian investments industry calendar. We also sponsored the CEO Cocktail Party during the event, a key networking session for senior industry figures and were delighted to raise A$11 000 for the Inspire Foundation and Schizophrenia Research Institute charities at the event.

HiPortfolio User Group UK,EME Annual Conference
The annual meeting of the UK, Europe & Middle East branch of the HiPortfolio User Group (HUG) was held at DST House in Surbiton on 16 November.
Some 30 HUG members enjoyed a day of discussion and presentations covering latest developments and future roadmap for HiPortfolio. Presenters included Geoff Harries, Global Head of Asset Servicing for DST Global Solutions and guest speaker Mark Benzing, from Marzing Consulting, who delivered a session on ‘Operational Control – a Process of Continual Improvement’. HUG members appointed Bengt Bjorkberg from Zurich Financial Services to be the new Chair for the coming year.
