Flash, Operational and Process Reviews
From a Flash Review, which can be conducted in one day, to a full Operational Review, our consultants quickly and effectively define our clients’ business issues and objectives. We then assess how effectively those objectives are delivered by the processes and use a variety of methods and tools to design and develop optimised future processes which facilitate quality process delivery and demonstrate a return on investment. We have revised our BPM implementation methodology and incorporated agile techniques to enable quicker delivery of working software to the business user.
