	Tony Armour, Managing Director - Business Process Solutions Tony joined DST Global Solutions in 2008 as Global Sales Director. After the company’s restructure in 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of the Business Process Solutions (BPS) division for DST Global Solutions. Tony is responsible for building on the organisation’s success in delivering solutions to the financial services industry as well as identifying and penetrating new and emerging markets with AWD, the company’s business process management platform. Prior to DST Global Solutions, Tony was UK Sales Director for BearingPoint EMEA, responsible for leading business development teams across all industry sectors and managing relationships with their strategic UK banking clients. He has also held Sales Director roles for "The eXchange" (MoneyExtra.com) and for Reuters as well as working for a banking software company with responsibilities for sales throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
	Graham Hutchings, Operations Director Graham joined DST Global Solutions in 2008 as Director of AWD for UK and Europe, responsible for AWD solution and strategy development and delivering real business value to clients through the implementation of AWD. He was then appointed Operations Director in 2010 where his responsibilities include the delivery of professional services to DST Global Solutions' clients in the company's international markets, strategy development and P&L / Commercial Management. Prior to DST Global Solutions, Graham was responsible for process management, correspondence and output, and management information reporting at leading global TPA provider International Financial Data Services (IFDS). He has also held senior positions at Lloyds TSB and Legal & General.
	David Tryon, European Sales Director David joined DST Global Solutions in 2010 from aquila, the pension administration software company, where he was Head of Business Development. At DST Global Solutions, David has overall responsibility for European Client Management and Business Development. He has comprehensive experience in helping clients to address the complex business challenges of increasing operational efficiency, improving control of processes, and improving customer service and satisfaction. David has over 25 years of experience in the financial services, management consulting and software industries including Director roles at KPMG Consulting, Global Home Loans and Fujitsu.
	Jarrod Poynton, Head of Solutions Jarrod joined DST Global Solutions in 2011 as Head of Solutions. Between him and his team they have responsibility for pre-sales supports demonstrating both the capabilities and the value of AWD¹⁰ to both existing clients and prospective clients or partners. Prior to DST Global Solutions, Jarrod spent seven years as a managing consultant at BearingPoint where he provided both business strategy and implementation of technology solutions for document management, enterprise content management, business process management, simulation, business dashboards and balanced scorecards, working across sectors such as Financial Services, High-Tech, Health, Research and Defence.
	Wendy Collidge, Service Delivery Director Wendy joined DST Global Solutions in 2012 as Service Delivery Director, having previously spent over 15 years working in consulting and project environments focused on business efficiency. Distributed across eight different countries, her clients included Renault Motors, Deutsche Bank and Vodafone. More recently, Wendy held the position of Senior Programme Manager at Close Brothers, creating their central portfolio of projects and implementing programme management structures. Wendy is responsible for managing professional services delivery for UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and South Africa.
	Shaun McKenna, Regional Manager - Australia and New Zealand Shaun McKenna joined DST Global Solutions in 2011 as Regional Manager for AWD in Australia and New Zealand. Shaun has over 10 years experience in the workflow and BPM market place working for organisations such as SoftwareAG, Global360 and Autonomy. The early days of his career started in a technical capacity holding roles such as technical trainer and consultancy before he chose to focus on pre-sales, pre-sales management followed by partner and direct sales roles. Shaun is responsible for growing the business through new sales and developing increased business with existing accounts in addition to oversight responsibility for client delivery projects, as well as senior client stakeholder communication and partner relationship building.
	Andy Wong, Regional Manager - Asia Andy is responsible for overseeing oversees the sales and delivery of AWD to clients both directly and with strategic partners in Asia. Andy’s professional background includes significant experience in process consulting and system implementation in the Financial Services industry. Throughout his 13 years at DST Global Solutions, Andy has overseen many of the AWD implementations across Asia. Prior to DST Global Solutions, Andy held various business process management focused sales and consulting positions within IBM in Hong Kong and Tower Technologies in Australia.
	Marina Scrivener, Marketing Communications Manager Since joining DST Global Solutions in 2009, Marina has been responsible for brand development, reputation management, lead generation and overall Marketing Communications activities to support corporate, sales and solutions objectives for AWD, the company’s market-leading BPM application. Marina has over nine years of business and academic experience in Marketing Communications, as well as extensive experience in PR, media relations and event management. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions, she worked in the corporate communications team at Atkins, the UK’s largest design and engineering consultancy.
	Francois Cronje, Business Consultancy Manager Francois joined DST Global Solutions in 1997. After building up a thorough grounding and valuable experience of project delivery and benefit realisation with AWD, he managed BPS operations in South Africa for several years before joining the company's UK team. Francois is responsible for the provision of professional services to client implementation and continuous improvement projects, through a team of expert product and process consultants. His experience and knowledge of AWD and how it can solve operational business and process challenges helps customers with opportunities for business and organisational change and improvement.
