Tom Abraham, Group Chief Executive Officer

Tom joined DST Global Solutions in 2007 as Chief Executive Officer. Tom has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry and prior to joining DST Global Solutions was Managing Director and Head of Strategic Solutions at Citibank Corporate and Investment Bank. Previous roles include Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Deutsche Bank Securities in Japan and Partner at Andersen Consulting in New York.

Arun Sarwal, Chief Executive Officer - Investment Management Solutions

Arun joined the company in 2008 as Chief Executive for Investment Management Solutions. He has some 25 years' of global financial services experience with particular emphasis in investment banking, investment & wealth management and outsourcing. Prior to joining DST he was the Chief Operating Officer at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. During his career, he has worked in senior management positions with ABN AMRO, Société Generale and KPMG and has gained experience of working in over 25 countries. Arun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales as well as the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a Corporate Treasurer and has an MBA from Cranfield. He is the author of the International Handbook of Financial Instruments & Transactions.

Martin Spedding, Executive Director, Bluedoor

Martin initially worked as a specialist superannuation and investment consultant, becoming the Principal Consultant of a boutique firm in 1992. After 2 years as Managing Director, he founded NSP Consulting which grew from 5 to 550 people over 4 years. In 1999 he merged NSP Consulting with Buck Consulting (a Mellon Bank Company). As one of the largest third party administrators and consulting businesses in Australia, NSP Buck was sold to Mellon Bank in 2001. He was also instrumental in establishing and was Founding Director of IQ Financial Services Australia, a technology consulting firm specialising in the financial services industry.

Martin has management responsibility and oversight of the Bluedoor business. He works closely with DST senior management to maximise opportunities for Bluedoor in Australia and other DST markets.

Ashwin Kumar Das - Managing Director DST Global Solutions - Billing

Ashwin joined the Investment Management Solutions division of the company in 2004 and has served in various roles including corporate development and strategy. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of the Billing & Customer Management Solutions division. Ashwin has 15 years of technology and professional services experience having worked previously for companies such as Sun Microsystems and an early career in engineering consultancy. Ashwin holds a BEng (Hons) in Robotics and Control Systems from Kings's College London and an MBA from the University of Surrey.

Tatyana Kosheleva - Chief Financial Officer

Tatyana joined DST Global Solutions in 2010 as CFO. Prior to this she worked for OppenheimerFunds based in the US as well as IBM moving through Outsourcing, Business Consulting and Software businesses in various locations. Tatyana is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in the US. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Robert Evans - General Counsel

Robert joined DST Global Soutions in July 2008. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions Robert was EMEA General Counsel for Perot Systems Corporation and a Board Director of Perot Systems Europe.
Robert has over 15 years experience in the legal profession including private practice in the City and as senior legal counsel for Hewlett Packard. Robert has extensive experience of major IT services projects. Robert holds a BSc 1st Class Honours Degree in Physics.

Walt Laliberte - Managing Director, North America

Walt Laliberte joined DST Global Solutions in late 2008 and is responsible for DST Global Solutions global new sales & account management. Walt has over 30 years experience in the investment management and professional services industry. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions Walt ran his own consultancy and, previous to this, held senior roles at Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Dextrys.

Philip Hogan-  Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Most recently Philip was Chief Executive of the Insurance BPO Services business for HCL Technologies. While at HCL he was responsible for returning the business to profitability and integrating it into the HCL Global operating model, after leading the sale of the business from private equity ownership to HCL in September 2008. Philip has over 20 years’ experience in financial and professional services and the BPO industry where he has managed business units of up to 4,000 staff and £230 million annual turnover across a variety of markets. Philip, a qualified accountant, holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and is an accomplished change agent and champion for service excellence.

John Shaw - HR Director

John joined DST Global Solutions in November 2007. Previously he held HR Director roles at AOL, Centrica and Whitbread (the retail leisure group). He reports into the Chief Executive and sits on the Executive Committee. His responsibilities include Reward, Benefits, Employee Relations and Learning and Development. He is a major sponsor of Activ8 the business culture development programme.
