Tom Abraham, Group Chief Executive Officer

Tom joined DST Global Solutions in 2007 as Chief Executive Officer. Tom has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry and prior to joining DST Global Solutions was Managing Director and Head of Strategic Solutions at Citibank Corporate and Investment Bank. Previous roles include Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Deutsche Bank Securities in Japan and Partner at Andersen Consulting in New York.

Arun Sarwal, Investment Management Solutions

Arun joined the company in 2008 as Chief Executive for Investment Management Solutions. He has some 25 years' of global financial services experience with particular emphasis in investment banking, investment & wealth management and outsourcing. Prior to joining DST he was the Chief Operating Officer at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. During his career, he has worked in senior management positions with ABN AMRO, Société Generale and KPMG and has gained experience of working in over 25 countries. Arun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales as well as the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a Corporate Treasurer and has an MBA from Cranfield. He is the author of the International Handbook of Financial Instruments & Transactions.

Tony Armour, Business Process Solutions

Tony joined DST Global Solutions in July 2008 as Global Sales Director. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions Tony was UK Sales Director for BearingPoint EMEA responsible for leading business development teams across all industry sectors and managing relationships with their two strategic UK banking clients. Tony has held Sales Director roles for "The eXchange" (MoneyExtra.com) and for Reuters as well as working for a banking software company with responsibilities for sales throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Tatyana joined DST Global Solutions in 2010 as CFO, prior to this she worked for OppenheimerFunds based in the US as well as IBM moving though Outsourcing, Business Consulting and Software businesses in various locations.

Robert joined DST Global Soutions in July 2008. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions Robert was EMEA General Counsel for Perot Systems Corporation and a Board Director of Perot Systems Europe.
Robert has over 15 years experience in the legal profession including private practice in the City and as senior legal counsel for Hewlett Packard. Robert has extensive experience of major IT services projects. Robert holds a BSc 1st Class Honours Degree in Physics.

Paul Manson - UK, Europe, Middle East

Paul Manson is responsible for DST Global Solutions UK, European and Middle Eastern operations. With over 20 years experience in the Financial Services sector, Paul joined from Algorithmics, where he was responsible for managing the major accounts group and sales for central and southern Europe. His career in financial technology began with Reuters, where he held various roles from developing and testing front-office market data systems through to pre-sales, sales as well as running an account group for large American financial institutions in London.

Simon Collier - Asia

Simon Collier is responsible for DST Global Solutions Asian operations which includes offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. DST Global Solutions currently supports over 150 clients in 14 Asian countries. Simon has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry having previously held senior product, technology and operations positions while working at the global transaction services business of HSBC, Chase Manhattan and Citibank. He has also worked as a business consultant at a number of financial services firms in the Asia region and is currently based in Hong Kong.

Walt Laliberte - North America

Walt Laliberte joined DST Global Solutions in late 2008 and is responsible for DST Global Solutions North American operations. Walt has over 30 years experience in the investment management and professional services industry. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions Walt ran his own consultancy and, previous to this, held senior roles at Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Dextrys.

Premie Naicker - South Africa

Premie has been with the DST Global Solutions South Africa since 2005. She joined DST Global Solutions SA to manage the sales and marketing portfolio as Sales & Marketing Director. She is currently responsible for the operations of the South African office and business within the Sub-Saharan Region. She has completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Ian Mathieson -  Australia & New Zealand

Ian Mathieson joined in 1993 and is responsible for the DST Global Solutions Australian and New Zealand operations . Prior to joining DST Global Solutions, Ian held previous positions including Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Compuserve International Asia Pacific and Applied Computing Asia. Ian is an active member of the Company Directors Association.

John Shaw - HR Director

John joined DST Global Solutions in November 2007. Previously he held HR Director roles at AOL, Centrica and Whitbread (the retail leisure group). He reports into the Chief Executive and sits on the Executive Committee. His responsibilities include Reward, Benefits, Employee Relations and Learning and Development. He is a major sponsor of Activ8 the business culture development programme.
